At Stitch Story, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

    • Within India: Estimated delivery in 10-14 business days.

    • International Orders (if applicable): Estimated delivery in 10–21 business days.

  • Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather conditions, or government restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or during promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of order.

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery charges (if any) may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the parcel and product.

  • Stitch Story is not responsible for lost packages once they are marked as “delivered” by the courier.
